Before a weekend of parties and consuming excess amounts of calories, snack on something delicious and low in calories. Our first dish is the two ingredient cake. Thanks to inspiration from Hungry Girl (http://www.hungry-girl.com/askhg/show/1624) all you need is a 12 fl. oz can of soda of your choice and a box of cake mix. We are trying out a Classic Yellow cake with Fresca.
This is very easy to make and reduces the amount of calories and fat in the cake; making it a much healthier snack than chips and dip or a bowl of ice cream. Almost ready :) And it's delicious...well at least Brittany (our roommate) thinks so!
